Chandler Macleod Staffing Services in Sydney is growing, and we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager to join our family of successful recruiters to support our plans for growth. This a hybrid desk with the opportunity to work on contract and permanent positions in the white-collar space with an established client base of private and public-sector clients across NSW. Salary range of $80k to $90k + super

**Your Roles Purpose**:

- Provide end to end Specialist Recruitment Consulting in both temporary and permanent recruitment.
- Account manage and business development into NSW Government organisations and private sector clients.

**Your Duties**:

- Source, screen, interview, assess and appoint top talent in the Sydney and NSW market.
- Consult with existing clients on effective recruitment; temporary, permanent and flexible recruitment solutions.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and development within your specialist portfolio through effective sales.
- Administration of the recruitment database and ensuring all employee information is compliant.

**What we are looking for**:

- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- At least 2 years previous resourcing/account management experience in either agency or inhouse recruitment.
- Previous experience of recruitment within NSW Government would be desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
