**THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining Fujifilm as a Printing/Mailroom Associate will involve:

- Deliver a great service and building a strong relationship with your customers.
- Complete all customer work to the FBAU & Clients quality standards.
- Advise customers of the most efficient qualitative and cost-effective solutions to meet their design, print and distribution requirements
- Realise innovative enhancements to jobs and process improvements through service delivery.
- Operate as a member of a team to provide service delivery at a customer site.
- Customer requests are prioritised and monitored according to complexity and urgency to satisfy customer demands in a high volume production.
- Customer requests are completed within established timeframes and budget as per customer requirements.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE
As a professional in Print services, you will bring the below valued skills to our business:

- Basic Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Intermediate P/C skills and computer literacy
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
