**THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining FujiFilm as a Service Delivery Specialist will involve:

- Managing a fleet of office print devices located across Australia’s capital cities
- Proactive maintenance of printing devices and monitor consumables (toner, paper, staples, etc) whilst supporting the upkeep of a clean, organized environment
- Deploying print queues in the customer’s environment
- Organizing the relocation of print devices
- Managing different vendors providing services in areas such as: Records Storage & Archiving, Confidential Waste Destruction, Mail Couriers
- Assisting with general Mailroom and administrative duties

**YOUR EXPERIENCE
As an experienced Service Delivery Specialist, you will bring the below valued skills to our business:

- Previous experience in Managed Print Services, Mailroom, Print Room or similar environment
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of print hardware and device maintenance
- Understanding of Network Protocols and Print Queue Deployment
- Proven ability in administration and invoicing
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Good computer proficiency and systems skills
