Your key responsibilities
- Provide high level authoritative advice, analysis and options to the ADG to support corporate governance, vision and strategic direction of the Taskforce.
- Provide input into the planning and delivery of key strategic and operational plans to support the work of the Taskforce.
- Identify priorities, research emerging issues, and assist in the oversight and management of divisional resources, priorities and outcomes.
- Manage a range of projects aligned with divisional business outcomes and corporate goals.
- Negotiate high level recommendations, strategies, and outcomes to improve capability and efficiencies across the Taskforce.
- Direct and facilitate strategic feedback to divisional executives and senior officers on the quality and effectiveness of briefing notes and submissions, priorities, correspondence and communications.
- Prepare and oversee completion of high-level submissions, briefs and reports of a complex nature.
- Establish strategic partnerships and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the ADG on internal working groups, in meetings, and in high level negotiations with significant internal and external stakeholders.
