With more than 70,000+ pieces of equipment, our strategically placed national branch network ensures we can fulfill our customers' rental plant and machinery requirements wherever their next project is located, whilst remaining nimble enough to support local projects. **Description**: About the role Reporting to the General Manager - Western, you will lead and mentor our Goldfields and Metro sales teams to deliver excellent customer relationships, annual revenue and profit targets. Your responsibilities will be to. - Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Goldfield and Metro Sales Team - Develop, mentor and motivate your team to achieve superior results - Identify, convert and allocate sales opportunities within scope of the business plans and annual budgets - Provide leadership and management in liaising with customers on issues relating to product, price and delivery - Monitor and deliver on commercial performance requirements in accordance with the budget and KPI's - Work collaboratively and engage with key stakeholders in the Western Region in line with our core value of "Together We Grow" - Frequent travel will be required to ensure a strong presence and high level of contact and support for your region. **Skills and Experiences**: Skills and experience - Demonstrable broad and in-depth experience in sales within a multi-site environment - Ability and desire to lead, coach and develop talent within a sales team - Strong negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills - Excellent financial analytical capability and numerically astuteness - Exceptional customer relationship building skills Benefits and perks - Key regional leadership role - Attractive base salary, incentive scheme and vehicle allowance - Well known, established market leading brand - Salary continuance insurance Onsite is committed to achieving a diverse and socially inclusive workforce.
