Vets Central is quickly becoming Australia's leading veterinary partner with 39 clinics across Australia (and counting). We are building the future of veterinary care with a strong focus on putting teams, clients, and animals first. Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking a **General Manager Marketing** to lead our pawesome marketing team here on the Gold Coast in Bundall.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the CEO, the purpose of this newly created role is to design and deliver a marketing strategy that will support our objective of becoming Australia's preferred veterinary partner. By leading and coaching the current passionate and talented team of three, the marketing team will continue to play a pivotal role in our young, rapidly growing national organisation.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Design and deliver the national marketing strategy
- Successfully lead, coach, and grow a high-performing marketing team
- Preparation of marketing plans and campaigns
- Ensuring the delivery and ROI of marketing strategies
- Fostering relationships with our clinics and team members
- Management of the marketing budget
- Reviewing and recommending systems, software and processes
- Identify revenue generating activities and lead, and coach the clinic teams with campaigns
- Preparation of marketing presentations/reports
- Using insights and analytical tools to report on key metrics and identify opportunities to improve ROI
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and Google Analytics
- Direct the team on the set-up, monitoring and reporting of social media ad campaigns

- Demonstrated 5+ years experience of designing and delivering a compelling marketing strategy
- The passion and commitment to inspire and lead a team
- Experience with an agency, group or company with multiple sites/brands
- Strong technical knowledge of marketing platforms and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and Analytics
- Have completed a relevant qualification or have demonstrated experience in marketing/communications
- Excellent business writing skills, including creative communications
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and driving change to achieve company goals
- Confidence in communicating and maintaining relationships with our clinics
- A keen interest in pets and the veterinary industry

As a valued member of the senior management team, you will take the lead in all things marketing and significantly contribute to team projects that support the delivery of our business strategy.
