This is a 6 Month fixed term contract covering maternity leave with the possibility of an extension at the end of the period.

**How You'll Shine**

As the Marketing Executive, you will contribute to the global company vision to put the world on vacation by managing all marketing activities for the Resort Management by Wyndham portfolio of properties and Club Wyndham South Pacific.

**Key Deliverables/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Strategize, identify, coordinate and implement intuitive marketing campaigns
- Leading exciting projects across paid, owned, earned and shared channels with a focus on brand growth and health
- Implement regional and property specific marketing plans
- Create and update content for multiple distribution channels
- Managing resort and Club competitions and promotions to drive loyalty, engagement and revenue

**What You'll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelors Degree or higher in Marketing/Business
- Experience in the creation and implementation of marketing strategy in a leading consumer focused business or marketing agency
- Marketing campaign performance measurement across key channels and ROI metrics
- Hands-on skills across digital platforms; web CMS, Facebook Business Manager & Creator Studio, Google Analytics, EDM platforms and other martech tools

**Bonus Points if you have**:

- Hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Cloud - Indesign
- Experience/certification in marketing automation & CRM (Salesforce, Adobe)
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint and Google Marketing Platform - SEO & SEM
- Understanding and use of Business Intelligence tools Microsoft Power BI and Google Data Studio
- Understanding of the travel and tourism industry
