**Role Purpose**:
This role is responsible for optimising Operations’ reporting through the development of datasets and reports. Additionally, the Analytics Business Partner is responsible for the provision of analysis and insights from review of performance and quality metrics across the Operations division.

The Analytics Business Partner will support the culture of continuous improvement through the development and measurement of meaningful KPIs that are consistent across the business and aligned to Group methodologies.

The Analytics Business Partner provides analytical support to the Operations management team and Continuous Improvement Business Partners by measuring actual performance against plan and forecast. The role will identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness gains.

Additionally, the role is responsible for overseeing the management and development of performance reports. The Analytics Business Partner will liaise with business stakeholders to understand the business strategy, identify, and validate requirements for changes to reporting. The Analytics Business Partner will ensure reporting requests are prioritised in line with business needs and strategy, and that best practice reporting methodologies are followed.

**Role responsibilities include**:
**Reporting**:

- Development and maintenance of departmental reports to accurately track department performance and quality
- Maintenance of accurate base datasets for use by Operations’ leaders
- Identify gaps in reporting architecture and develop reports to meet analysis needs
- Deliver Head Office, Regional and Local reporting by due dates ensuring all reports completed are high quality and accurate
- Liaison with the HQ reporting team to ensure local reporting aligns with Group methodologies and requirements
- Ad hoc reporting as required by the Manager Quality, Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Timely coordination of reporting requests from Operations department, driving the process to ensure that requests are adequately prioritised and aligned to business needs and reporting requirements.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Measure performance, including that of the Global Competency Centre, and identify root causes to defects
- Identification of trends and improvement opportunities through analysis of performance metrics
- Work with the business to ensure data-driven decisions are taken and executed to deliver continuous improvement

- **Experience and Qualification**
- Experience in SQL and Intermidate Excel is mandatory
- Alteryx/ Power BI product expeirence is a bonus
