As Finance Business Partner, become a trusted advisor to our internal stakeholders – delivering meaningful reporting, guide budgeting processes and providing financial clarity that supports strategic-decision making.

You operate with confidence in complex, fast-paced environments. You enjoy cleansing data, investigating anomalies and uncovering the story behind the numbers. Your insights, willingness to challenge assumption and influence outcomes will enable you to build trust and add value across our organisation.

Your Role

  • Deliver meaningful business insights through robust reporting, financial modelling, and data analysis
  • Lead and manage budgeting processes, monthly financial reviews, and performance tracking
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build trusted relationships and become a key advisor on financial matters
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with business units to review financials, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities
  • Investigate financial anomalies, cleanse and interpret data, and provide clear, actionable recommendations

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the aged care industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify root causes and avoid reliance on workarounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage directly with stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts
  • Demonstrated commitment, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with financial systems; familiarity with Tech1 is highly desirable
