An excellent opportunity to join IAG's leading brands, CGU in our Intermediated Insurance division. The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is leading the management, growth, and optimisation of Strategic Distribution Partner relationships with portfolios >$200m GWP. Your focus is on the development and delivery of multi-year partnership strategies aligned to commercial agreement terms and in support of our partners integrated GI strategies. You are also accountable for leading the partnership team in business plan execution, growing mutually beneficial portfolios through driving Partner Sales, NPS, Partner Advocacy, Customer advocacy and retention using a cost-effective model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and supervise the ongoing partnership framework which includes monitoring service level agreements, benefits realisation, reviews of customer, product, price and service scope.
- To determine and maintain strategies to deliver the successful implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the portfolio of the strategic partner which will successfully drive optimisation and growth
- Drive integration of sustainable and complimentary GI strategies with strategic partners core business strategies
- Identify and drive strategic partnership activities beyond GI distribution where mutual benefit can be realised by the partner and IAG
- Maintain intimate understanding of Partner CVPs and ensure delivery of aligned partner / IAG CVP
- Monitor delivery of SLAs and Customer Promises across the end-to-end customer lifecycle
- Achieve sales, retention and advocacy outcomes
- Manage efficient delivery of all marketing and engagement activity such as partner relationship events, sponsorships, major events and conferences
- Manage service of existing partners and onboarding of new partners
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing high value partnerships
- Strong Commercial acumen
- Experience managing intermediated distribution of consumer GI products
- Demonstrated senior leadership, coaching and development of people
- Tertiary qualification/s in Commerce, Marketing, or related fields
