**About the Communities for Children Facilitating Partner**

The Communities for Children Facilitating Partner Program (CfC FP) is a place-based Commonwealth Government initiative funded through the Department of Social Services (DSS), supporting children and families in 52 disadvantaged communities across Australia.

CfC FPs play a facilitation role to build on local strengths to meet the needs of individual communities, and to create capability within local service systems, using strong evidence of what works in early intervention and prevention.
