Job Title: Team Leader Positive Behaviour Support

We seek an experienced clinician to lead our Positive Behaviour Support teams in North and South Perth.

  • As a Team Leader, you will provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, helping them deliver high-quality services aligned with Ability Action Australia's standards.
  • You will work closely with our Business Partners and Head of Operations to ensure consistency in practice, clear communication of priorities, and a strong focus on participant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Operate at a high professional standard in a collaborative leadership environment.
  • Skillfully communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • You have extensive experience working with clients across various settings and are familiar with clinical supervision.
  • You possess excellent operational skills, including managing high-performing teams.
  • You are a skilled communicator and able to work collaboratively within a leadership environment.
