**Salary Range**: $72,762 to $88,527 per annum plus Super Tenure: Ongoing Employment Type: Full Time Usual Work Location: Frankston

**About the Business Area**: Numbering over 800 staff, our Registration and Licensing (R&L) division significantly contributes to ensuring Victorians are safe on our roads by providing professional customer services, policy advice and specialist services to our customers.

**About the Role**: We have a Team Leader vacancy (home base, Frankston Customer Service Centre) across our Eastern Metro 3 Cluster which include Dandenong, Dromana, Frankston & Pakenham. Reporting to the Centre Manager you will not only lead the team in providing high quality customer service, but also support and monitor staff development though ongoing coaching. This is a permanent ongoing position whereby the successful applicants are expected to be willing to work in between any of the Eastern Metro 3 area sites on any given day.

**Duties**: - Supervise and motivate the team to deliver high quality customer service. - Responding to customer queries in an efficient and timely manner. - Provide ongoing training and development and support staff. - Assist in Identifying and implementation of innovative solutions towards business improvement.

**Skills & Experience**: - Ability to coordinate workload plans that align with agreed business outcomes. - Experience in assessing and monitoring staff performance towards improved performance. - Ability to drive and influence innovation towards improved business outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to work in a team to achieve customer service targets. - Ability to travel and work from Frankston, Dandenong, Dromana, & Pakenham sites. - A current and valid driver's license is required.
