**Seeking an experienced Program/ Project coordinator to work across a large program of technology projects for a Globally recognised organisation**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
- project/program coordinator to support various streams
- communication and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business
- Forecasting - updating forecasts; helping template and standardise across projects where this makes sense (Forecasts are in excel)
- Project report updates - taking information from PMs and updating reporting tools, including weekly/monthly summary reports, updates to risks and issues, tasks and activities
- Assisting in timesheet activities
- Assetisation activities, working with team members to update hardware asset registry
- Setting up of meetings, aligning with EA's on calendars, minute taking

**Key Skills And experiences**
- An ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- A willingness to work within a cross-skilled team, where people are often wearing multiple hats to help the team deliver the project/program
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative to help in areas where it is seen to be needed
- Ability to work and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders from the project team, management, business and IT.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence
- MS Excel for forecasting (must have)
- Workfront for Portfolio reporting (nice to have)
