Solutions Consultant

**Description**:

Leverage your expertise in enterprise software and solutions to make a meaningful impact on client success and workplace safety, health and environmental footprint.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**: Work closely with potential and existing commercial & enterprise clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their business needs.

**Technical Expertise**: Present and articulate complex software solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Solution Customization**: Collaborate with the sales, customer success and product teams to tailor product demonstrations and proposals to meet specific client requirements.

**Support Sales Cycle**: Partner with Business Development Managers (aka Account Executives) & Customer Development Managers during the sales process, providing in-depth product knowledge and addressing technical questions to drive successful outcomes.

**Proof of Concept (POC)**: Manage PoC implementations and trials to showcase the platform's capabilities and secure client buy-in.

**Training & Enablement**: Assist in onboarding new clients (where required) and provide ongoing training to ensure seamless adoption and usage of the platform.

**Feedback Loop**: Collect and communicate client feedback to the product and development teams to contribute to continuous product improvement.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

**Experience**: 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role, ideally with complex SaaS or enterprise software. Alternatively, if you’ve 5+ years in an EHS professional role and have a love of technology and a proven track record of championing or implementing EHS SaaS systems we’d love to hear from you too

**Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of software architecture, integrations, and enterprise-level solutions.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with the capability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.

**Collaboration**: Team-oriented, able to work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.

**Business Acumen**: Strong understanding of client business drivers and ability to articulate the value of our solutions in context.
