Role Title: Office Supervisor

**Salary**: $80,000 - $85,000 plus Super
Mon - Fri, 9 - 5
Location: Gosford and Tuggerah

**Your new company**
Hays has partnered with a not-for-profit provider of counselling and relationship services specialising in family support. Based mainly in their Gosford office and occasionally in Tuggerah, but with offices across NSW, this supportive and welcoming team is seeking an Office Supervisor to join them.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for supporting the leading the Client Experience team, made up of 4 team members. You will report directly to the Client Experience Manager and assist the Regional Manager.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Managing, supporting and connecting the Client Experience team
- Communicating and relationship building with stakeholders
- Coordinating the office, planning inhouse and external events, and delegating work where appropriate
- General administration, drafting and writing reports, managing the database

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a community organisation or similar
- Ability to build relationships, coach, and mentor staff
- Previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Passion for administration, ability to multitask, delegate to work proficiently and monitor workloads
- Tech savvy, able to pick up systems quickly
- Police Check and willing to attain a Working with Children Check
