**Description**:
About the role

This is an on-site role 5 days, Mon-Fri. We are seeking a qualified person to join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate. In this role you will utilise your experience and knowledge to work together with colleagues to ensure the safety of our products.

Primary focus will be on the consistent quality of products
Ensuring product compliance by developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practice (GMP) systems
Providing documentation and third-party audit regulations

**External relationships include**: Government agencies, supply chain contractors, packaging contractors, consumers, regulatory agencies

**Internal relationships include**: the Technical, Regulatory, Innovation, Quality & Scientific Affairs teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & support functions and senior leaders.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Hold the minimum of a Bachelors Qualification in pharmacy or similar
Sound knowledge of PICS
Experience in validation
Experience maintaining a Quality Management system
Experience collaborating with other science professionals to achieve quality outcomes
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in complementary medicines or similar
