**Description**

**The Opportunity**:

- Full Time position
- Rotating roster between 5am to 1pm and 1pm to 9pm to support in both AM/PM allocator shifts
- Effective coordination of our Linehaul Fleet (including sub-contractors) to meet service requirements
- Scheduling, allocation, monitoring and review of Linehaul runs ensuring that all deliveries and pick-ups are completed
- Resource planning and forecasting to improve utilization of fleet and improve service to the customer base
- Communicating with internal and external customers to build relationships and ensure clarity around Pick Up or Delivery requirements
- Manage drivers to ensure compliance with fatigue management and other company policies and procedures
- Develop team awareness and compliance of Industry Regulations, Legislation and Health & Safety requirements

**Qualifications**

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Fleet Controller/Allocator or similar role within the transport industry
- Positive "Can Do" attitude with a focus on providing a high level of service
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
- Highly developed communication skills coupled with a strong emotional intelligence
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite
