**About this role**
Do you find purpose in connecting the digital with the physical world? We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Digital Delivery Lead to join our vibrant and enthusiastic Engineering team based in Melbourne. The position is within Civil Structures Engineering and Modelling team in Victoria with a focus on Infrastructure projects and a responsibility for Digital Delivery processes. The role will contribute to the delivery of major infrastructure projects across all disciplines.

**What will I do?**
- Coordinate with Digital Engineering teams across Infrastructure and other sectors.
- Provide Digital leadership on projects across project life cycles for BIM delivery.
- Adoption and implementation of international, regional and industry standards and specifications for BIM.
- Update the Digital Engineering Lead on progress of the Digital Deliverables identifying issues and potential risks.

**What will I bring?**
- Thorough understanding of fee/budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions to maximise profit and cash flow.
- Strong understanding of the terms and conditions within contracts and an ability to work within these parameters.
- Ability to promote added value to clients and spot new business opportunities.
- Ability to research for alternative technical solutions to assist in ensuring that solutions both make commercial sense and meet the client’s requirement.
- Ability to report issues related to BIM/Digital delivery across all disciplines, specifically reporting on risks and successes in the form of written reports, and briefings to the Leadership team.
- Ability to negotiate with clients, contractors, and partners to ensure effective BIM/Digital delivery to program and budget, aligned to the project lifecycle.
