Jacobs are hiring an experienced **OpenRoads Technical Lead** to join the ANZ Digital Delivery team.
In this role, you will strategically lead the implementation of OpenRoads initiatives across all offices of the ANZ regions of Central West Northern and New Zealand, South East Australia, promoting best practice and contributing to the further development and delivery of the APAC Digital Delivery strategy in Transport.
You will lead by example, defining the OpenRoads implementation on projects, performing project set ups, promoting best practice, using standard tools and improving digital delivery workflows. You will contribute to technology and content management in line with Jacobs business’ interests and protecting its intellectual property. You will review ANZ projects in collaboration with the Digital Delivery Leadership Team and will promote OpenRoads learning and development activities. On projects, you will work closely with project managers, design managers and discipline leads, and inspire them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding digital delivery. You will support OpenRoads users, developing their capability and teaching others as necessary.
**Role functions include;**
- Work in consultation with Highway Section Leads to define the digital strategy aligning with the requirements of each regional road authority;
- Coordinate the implementation of Bentley technologies to ANZ Highway teams with priority for OpenRoads;
- Develop, lead and encourage technical learning & digital development across the ANZ Highway teams;
- Improve design efficiencies by automation of drawing production;
- Technical leadership and reviews of Digital requirements for major bids including task, program, resource, fee and risk components;
- Train and mentor Global Integrated Design teams to become proficient in the production of OpenRoads design and drafting deliverables for Highway projects.
**We are flexible on the location. You can be situated in our Sydney, Melbourne or Perth office.**
