**The company**
A global industrial distribution company, with 33 locations throughout Australia and New Zealand, specialising in a wide variety of industrial products including power transmissions and bearings.

**The role**
- Processing orders and enquiries promptly and in a professional and timely manner
- Processing quotations and files to ensure customer deadlines are met
- Maintaining and amending discount matrices as directed by State Managers/Branch Managers
- Handling customer issues and follow-ups
- Processing approved credit requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Inputting data on a weekly basis and distributing results to relevant staff
- Working closely with the Procurement Supervisor or Pricing Co-ordinate to determine price levels
- Reporting market intelligence to management regarding opposition product and pricing offers and related industry information

**The person**
- High attention to detail and basic mathematical ability
- Proficient computer operator including MS Office Suite i.e Excel, Word
- You have excellent communication skills are results driven with strong customer focus
- Knowledge of the bearing and power transmission industry and/or good mechanical aptitude highly desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
