We currently seek an experienced Customer Service Sales Officer to join our internal sales team in Oakleigh East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service and support via email, phone and counter sales
  • Assist customers with product selection
  • Prepare and process sales documents and quotations
  • Provide valuable support to the external sales team

Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
  • Prior experience in an internal sales role preferred
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a timely manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills - Microsoft Office and ERP software desirable
