Our client is a successful and rapidly expanding manufacturing organisation specialising in medical and healthcare products. They are seeking an experienced accounts person with a positive attitude and great attention to detail to join their fun and busy team located in Warriewood.

You will be reporting to the Financial Controller assisting with accounts payable & receivable and general accounting duties including:

- Processing supplier invoices
- Setting up new suppliers
- Processing payments
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing customer invoices & pro-forma invoices
- Receipting customer payments
- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Monthly credit card reconciliations
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Updating cashflow daily
- Updating cashflow daily with customer invoices & supplier invoices
- Processing weekly payroll
- Preparing monthly journals & payroll tax return
- Assisting with quarter end audit

To be considered for this top local job you will have prior experience in a similar position, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communications skills and a can-do attitude. Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office 365 (Excel, Word & Outlook) and accounting software is required (SAP Business One experience ideal but not essential)

This is a full-time position with a salary guide of $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation (negotiable depending on experience). Standard office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and note this role will be full time office based.

Due to the location, residents of the North Shore and Northern Beaches are preferred. Parking is provided and the offices are also accessible via major bus routes.
