Join us as Workshop Service Manager, Motors and Generators for our Motion Services division. In this role you will be Implementing service strategy and driving service growth at the respective unit level. Leading the service workshop team and responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of service resources. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this position will be based in Kewdale, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance throughout the service organization
- Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates. Improving service availability, providing training, and developing capabilities and competencies besides creating and driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team
- Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses
- Implementing productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and investing in service sales to increase market penetration
- Building sustainable customer relationships to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention of customers together with sales
- Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.)
- Running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity and investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction
- Driving continuous improvement culture and the implementing improvements in order to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in the own area of responsibility

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years experience in managing a successful service business in a similar industry
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach
- A keen focus on safety and a demonstrated record of implementing safety best practices
- Good communication skill both written and verbal
