**The Opportunity**:
The expansion of Ampcontrol services in Western Australia supports the new company vision to lead the global energy revolution. Ampcontrol is focused on diversifying and growing the business with a key focus on renewable energy manufacturing and supporting our customers in decarbonisation and mine site electrification.

With our strategic plans for growth and innovation now in place, Ampcontrol WA are looking for an intuitive and driven leader to join our Operations team based in **Kewdale **as a **Field Service Manager**. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will lead a team of field-based Trades Employees and Trade Assistants, ensuring the safe, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of services for Ampcontrol WA.

**_Please note occasional travel to site will be a requirement of this role._**

**What We're Looking For**:
Your ability to seek ways of adding value to our services along with your strong electrical skills will be complemented with the following:

- Electrical trade qualifications (preferred).
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a relevant industry.
- Ability to engage and manage a field-based team, especially in matters of performance review / management / engagement.
- Previous experience with Critical Power infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and relationships.
- Demonstrated experience resolving both technical and people management issues.
