**Role: Commercial Advisory Manager**

**Contract: 15 months**

**Salary: $150,000 + superannuation**

**Location: Sydney, Australia**

**Client: Retail**

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Commercial Decision Support
- Developing robust financial models to support business cases and other investment decisions
- Prepare business case written proposals and packs for funding approval
- Provide development and delivery of the benefits component of each major investment
- Partner with the business to track, analyze and report on benefits performance
- Monitor and report major projects through their lifecycle
- Proactively identify gaps and continuously improve performance reporting
- Proactively perform analysis to better understand the drivers of business performance and key drivers of earnings

**Critical Skills Required**:

- Valuation and the building of business cases
- Managing senior stakeholders and influencing using methodical and consultative approach
- Building financial models and reviewing excel based financial models
- Shifting priorities and managing competing deadlines
- CPA / CA Qualifications and 5+ years experience in Finance are essential for you to be considered in this role.
