**The Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced and capable Residential Aged Care Manager to be responsible for the operational management of this 80 bed home in Wodonga. They are looking for a dynamic leader, strong clinician and a real people person to lead this home. With strong support from a variety of stakeholders and teams, you will drive and lead the operational success of this home and bring new and innovative ideas to the table.

**About you**
Along with your passionate and caring nature, you will bring a successful track record in:

- Current AHPRA Registration essential
- 5 years demonstrated experience managing a business operationally and financially within Aged Care
- Someone who leads by example in approaching complex issues in a changing landscape
- Strong leadership and experience leading positive employee and resident experience in an aged care home
- Strong clinical background is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Standards ideal but not essential
