A rewarding opportunity at our Harmony Village Aged Care Home in Shepparton for a natural leader with the ability to maintain the crucial balance between service and clinical care, and operational and staffing needs. This is a key role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality person-centred care services and where the home operates effectively and efficiently.

The role will also see you engaging with the Independent Living Unit residents at the Harmony Village site, providing opportunities to collaborate across the ILU’s and our aged care home.

As an experienced leader within Aged Care/Health, you will already know how varied your day can be. This role is no different

**What you will bring**:
You will bring a dedication to resident care and support, combined with experience in the day to day running of an Aged Care residential home. You will be a leader who engages with residents, families, staff and others. You will understand the significant aged care reform agenda and royal commission recommendations and be passionate about leading, managing teams to achieve high standards.

A nursing/allied health qualification will be highly regarded.
