**The role**

To lead a van sales team and deliver our Ice Cream product to consumers, and contribute to the growth of our business by being customer centric and drive in-store sale opportunities to support greater commission-based earning capacity.

You will join a small sales team at an Australian made, owned and operated company that manages Peters Ice Cream distribution through Newcastle.

**How You Will Contribute**
- Drive a Medium/Heavy Rigid Truck visiting new places everyday where people enjoy ice cream - cafes, retailers, entertainment venues, aquatic centres, beach kiosks, sporting grounds and petrol stations;
- Develop rapport with customers, deliver and merchandise products and upsell;
- Communicate with the broader sales team throughout the day passing on new business leads.

**Skills and Experience**
- Have an MR/HR License and a clean driving record;
- Enjoy talking to customers and build successful rapport;
- A positive can-do attitude;
- Be motivated and willing to learn;
- Be KPI-oriented.
