**Account Executive - **Sport, Leisure & Entertainment
**What can you expect?**
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Account Executive to join Marsh in Sydney. Working within the Sport, Leisure & Entertainment (SLE) practice group, this role would suit an experienced junior Account Executive who wants to take the next step in their career. The SLE practice group is one of the most dynamic and diverse departments at Marsh as well as being the largest practice group of its nature in the Australian market.

**We will count on you to**:
- Manage an Association relationship in the Entertainment sector and manage an Affinity book of varying size accounts with focus on growth.
- Current clients in the sector include:
- Event Promoters & Organisers
- Film & Television Production
- Various Arts & Entertainment associations
- Coordinate, manage and develop support staff through clear and effective communication, delegation, and performance management.
- Consistently attain set revenue and expense budgets.
- New Business Development & Sales
- Implement Client First Principles across the portfolio of clients
**We would like you to have**:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience within insurance broking/underwriting
- Tier 1 FSRA Compliance
- Prior experience managing a portfolio
- Possess sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of insurance
- Effective influencing skills to promote a new initiative, idea or product
- Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
