- Act as the point of contact for philanthropic clients and support the trust management team to provide timely and accurate support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in meeting the needs of these clients
- Monitor and manage a book of philanthropic accounts, ensuring they are administered in accordance with governing documents, compliance, legislation and company policy on a profitable and commercial basis
- Work collaboratively with specialist teams to support the service delivery and client experience, including: Financial Advisers, Investment Specialists, Tax specialists, Property and Operations team, and Paraplanners
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the Senior Manager and team to improve business process and procedures

To be considered for this opportunity, your skills and experience could include:

- Strong client and stakeholder (internal & external) management skills
- Tertiary qualified or relevant previous experience: we are open to applicants from a variety of fields of study or workplaces
- Philanthropic experience is favored
- Pride yourself on attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
