**About the Role**:
VU is seeking a Curriculum Configuration Officer who will play a key role in shaping an exceptional student experience This role will provide vital support in configuring and formatting curriculum data within our Student Management System (StudentOne), ensuring the integrity of student data across the entire lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on efficient student administration processes while ensuring compliance with university and external standards

An example of duties you may perform will include:

- Configure and maintain curriculum and class schedule data in the student management system, ensuring compliance with delivery requirements and external regulations.
- Build and maintain course structures, templates, and system rule data in the student management system, while suggesting process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to documentation, and support system enhancements, testing, and process improvement initiatives

**This is a full time continuing position at a $87,381 - $94,582 per annum plus 17% superannuation contribution working 36.75 hours per week.**

- Strong technical or administrative expertise, with a degree or extensive experience in complex environments.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on.
- The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and communication skills to drive results and engage stakeholders.
