Join one of Victoria University’s two flagship research institutes as an Administrative Officer and assist in supporting the smooth operation of our Institute. The Institute of Health and Sport (IHES) delivers transformative, future-focused research that tackles health and sport challenges of global significance.

**As the Administrative Officer you’ll**:

- Provide quality administrative and operational support across a range of functions
- Administer correspondence, data entry, filing systems, and office coordination tasks
- Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and internal communications
- Liaise with stakeholders to support service delivery and resolve routine enquiries
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

- Have strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Communicate effectively and work well within a team
- Are confident using Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
- Show initiative and manage competing priorities with ease.

**This is a full-time continuing position (36.75 hours per week) at the HEP Level 4 classification and the salary range is $70,345 per annum to $74,646 per annum plus 17% employer superannuation contribution.**
