**About the Role**

As a Functional Analyst, you will:

- Analyze and document business processes to support system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and drive adoption of digital initiatives.
- Provide expert functional support, troubleshooting complex system issues.
- Facilitate Agile delivery, developing user stories and supporting UAT activities.Contribute to ongoing improvement through process reengineering and solution design.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- A degree with relevant experience OR extensive industry expertise in functional/business analysis.
- Strong technical proficiency in enterprise software platforms, configurations, and integrations.
- Experience in Agile environments, working cross-functionally to deliver system enhancements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives through ambiguity.

**Preferred Skills & Certifications**
- Experience with SaaS enterprise platforms (e.g., TechnologyOne, Oracle, D2L).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, SQL.Certification in Agile (Scrum), Business Analysis (CBAP), or ITIL is advantageous.
