**About the role**
We’re on the hunt for a sharp minded, experienced **Sports Trader** to help drive the growth of our US sports offering, with a focus on NBA, NBL and other major US codes. This is a chance to join a high performing trading team where no two days are the same. You’ll live and breathe the numbers, spot trends before others do, and help shape the strategies that give us the edge.

**What You’ll be doing**
- **Lead the play** - help design, measure and optimise our US sports product proposition.
- **Stay on top of the action** - manage daily trading operations to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- **Read the market** - analyse data, spot patterns, and implement smart trading strategies.
- **Control the risk** - work with the risk team to manage liabilities and identify customer behaviours.
- **Know the competition** - understand market moves and keep our product offering competitive.
- **Collaborate across the board** - partner with stakeholders across the business, from marketing to product, to bring big initiatives to life.

**About you**
You’re an experienced trader with a deep understanding of US sports markets and the instinct to make quick, data backed calls under pressure. You thrive in fast paced environments, love solving tricky problems, and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Proven trading experience (ideally across NBA, NBL, and other US codes).
- Strong problem solving skills - you’re passionate about finding the right solution.
- A sharp eye for detail - nothing slips past you.
- Exceptional communication - clear, concise, and confident with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership capability and experience developing trading talent.
- Familiarity with wagering products, systems, and betting features.
- Analytical skills and curiosity to explore new tools and tech.
- A track record of improving processes and sharing knowledge to lift team performance.
