- This is an entry level role which will provide payments and administrative support to a wide range of stakeholders to ensure EML pro-actively and efficiently manager workers compensation claims.
- This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days once fully trained.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage payments with precision to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with policies and legislation
- Provide clear and effective advice on payment queries and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyse and resolve overpayments and underpayments to maintain financial accuracy.
- Collate, update, and analyse payment reports regularly to support informed decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with all customers by consistently demonstrating EML values and behaviours.
- ABOUT YOU
- Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel to efficiently manage tasks and deliver high-quality work.
- Previous experience in payroll processes and systems in a dynamic and fast paced environment is desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to navigate time management skills by prioritising and managing responsibilities to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
- Background in customer service and/or office administration with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
