Stratton Global is a growing supplier of high-efficiency commercial refrigeration and energy upgrade solutions, servicing supermarkets, convenience stores, liquor outlets, and other retail food businesses across Victoria and New South Wales. We deliver modern refrigerated display cabinets and systems that help our clients reduce energy costs and emissions, often with the support of government rebate programs.

**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Field Sales Representative to help expand our client base throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. The role involves direct engagement with retail food businesses, building relationships and offering tailored refrigeration and energy upgrade solutions. This is a work-from-home position with flexible scheduling and regular travel to client sites.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and visit potential clients such as supermarkets, grocers, and convenience stores
- Build long-term relationships with small businesses and wholesale customers
- Promote and sell refrigerated display cabinets and associated systems
- Explain product benefits, energy efficiency savings, and available government rebates
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and installation

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in field-based B2B sales, preferably in refrigeration, equipment, or retail sectors but not a requirement. If you're confident you can pick up new product lines and are committed to learning, we encourage you to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of managing your own time and schedule
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence (fuel costs covered by the company)
