**Tell me about this role**:
**We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Operations Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. You will ensures smooth coordination of logistics and operational activities. This role monitors performance, supports field operations, and contributes to the implementation of efficient operational procedures.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Monitor operational performance and logistics flow.
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting operational performance.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets and resources.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations.

***What sort of skills do I need?**
- Australian government and or Defence experience
- ASDEFCON or Engineer/ILS Artefact Development.
- Certified SAFe® Practitioner (Desirable)
- Experience providing data analysis to enable strategic outcomes
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
