**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Managing Director ANZ, this position is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function across Australia and New Zealand. This includes but is not limited to overseeing the employee lifecycle, employee relations, payroll and pay cycle management, performance management, employee benefits, and training and development.

This position will involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, promoting positive workplace culture, and ensuring the effective and efficient operation of HR across Australia and New Zealand. The role will also have oversight of one direct report (ANZ Administrator).

**Details**:

- Duration: 12 month fixed-term contract
- Part Time: 26.5 hours per week
- Working Days: Mon - Thursday preferred (with some flexibility on set days)
- Start Date**: Week beginning Monday 6th January 2025**:

- Some domestic / international travel may be required

**Your Expertise**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant Human Resource professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources Management across Australia and New Zealand
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Project management experience with multiple stakeholders — prioritising and delegating projects/tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong business acumen to understand business needs, scope data requirements, synthesise relevant insights, and develop clear and context appropriate recommendations.
