We are looking for an experienced Team Manager/Property Consultant to join the Marco Wenzel Team in our Glenelg office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has at least one years’ experience within the industry and is wanting a strong and successful career under the leadership of a successful agent.

THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _**
This is a role for you to bring your best self to, combining your excitement for property with your customer service, organisation and sales skills.
There are so many exciting things happening at HARRIS. Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, in this role you will be responsible for.
- _Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management. _
- _Management and organisation of listings, sales and property marketing for each property _
- _Coordinating the listing through to the settlement process_
- _Maintaining the team’s accountability for targets and KPIs_
- _Attending open inspections and auctions_
- _Prospecting, listing and selling property_
- _Attending appraisals and delivering settlement gifts/sold stickers_
- _Attending appointments with trades/inspectors/ valuers_
- _Continually growing your skills through the many resources and training opportunities we provide our agents_
**_ WHAT YOU WILL BRING _**
We are a rapidly growing business with big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you have:
- _A current Real Estate License is essential
- Certificate IV in property services_
- _Practical experience in the Real Estate industry_
- _Experience in CRM systems (Agent Box is preferred if experienced in real estate)_
- _High level of customer service_
- _Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail_
- _Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems_
- _Knowledge of the legislation around listing and selling property_
- _An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently_
