**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Guide customers through the menu, offering recommendations and answering queries.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, providing a welcoming ambiance.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for Indian cuisine and the ability to describe dishes to guests.
- Person should have RSA.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Must be fluent in English and any additional language is a plus.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
