The Head of Growth & Acquisition will be responsible for growing new revenue through d2C customer acquisition, new sales channels, and new audiences via new products and sub brands. You will build a world-class acquisition engine that's scalable, efficient, and repeatable.

What you will actually be doing:

- Expand the digital distribution footprint via marketplaces, online retailers, and other growth opportunities
- Responsible for all customer acquisition activities across owned, earned, and paid media
- Establishing and implementing end-to-end CRO strategies and implementation
- Generate new revenue streams
- Work collaboratively with the head of retention to ensure customer loyalty
- Constantly innovate, optimise, and hunt for new ways to find and convert new audiences
- Analysing data insights and working out how to best allocate capital to opportunities across owned, earned, and paid media activities

Our client are based in Byron Bay but they offer flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work from home.
