As a **PMO Analyst** within ING’s **Core Banking Modernisation Program**, you’ll play a pivotal, hands on, supporting role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of key milestones modernising our core banking systems.
Reporting directly to the PMO Manager, this is an interesting, challenging role within a high-profile, strategic program of transformation.
**What you will do**
- ** Program Governance, Reporting & Financial support**:
- Collate inputs and support day to day reporting and analytics for the program - status budget/forecast status, workforce planning requirements, dependency mapping, risks and issues register
- Act as a reference point for program queries and maintain processes and governance.
- Ensure operational frameworks & processes are aligned to stakeholder needs
- Compile Local and global reporting requirements
- Drive project timesheet discipline within the Program & escalate when required
- ** Program Operational Support**:
- Support operational planning sessions including supporting program leads with project planning for their respective areas.
- Work closely with a wide range of local and global stakeholders, supporting their operational and PMO needs. PM/Management knowledge to program leads (e.g. Delivery leads responsible for resource planning, cost / benefits, risk management, etc.).
- Leverage your data analysis capabilities to set actions and recommendations.
- ** Vendor & contract management**:
- Support program leads and Business Stakeholders in the ongoing management of Partner / Vendor contracts & commercials e.g., RFPs, SOWs, Contract Management.
- Ensure governance processes are in followed for transparency of all contractual obligations
**What we are looking for**
- 3+ years project analyst/operational related experience.
- 3+ years Commercial or Procurement experience, preferable relative to large scale change and involving third party vendors.
- Advanced user of MS Suite and other related technologies - mainly PowerPoint & excel.
- A hands-on individual who is self-motivated - able to work autonomously with good time management skills & mínimal direction
- Detail orientation skills and a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in building relationships, well developed interpersonal skills, and proven collaboration skills.
- Data savvy, including financial planning and budgeting
