**About the Role**
- Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business optimization and delivering exceptional results? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Business Engagement & Delivery Lead at Ingenia Communities. As the primary driver of optimization initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's operations, customer experience, and overall performance. Collaborating closely with business unit heads, you will lead efforts to streamline processes, implement change management strategies, and enhance project delivery methodologies. If you are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and the Business Function, fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Lead discussions to evaluate the Desirability, Viability, and Feasibility of project and process initiatives in alignment with business optimization goals.
- Cultivate a culture of optimized operations and delivery, promoting standardization and collaboration across projects and change management processes.
- Drive operational excellence by maximizing the utilization of existing technology platforms and exploring opportunities for innovation.
- Oversee the execution of the project portfolio and pipeline, ensuring successful delivery and effective change management.
- Provide thought leadership to mature project management, change management, and process optimization capabilities across the organization.
- Lead a team of IT specialists to shape IT demand, facilitate project idea development, and drive business case creation.
- Communicate technology investment proposals, team requirements, and skill sets to meet the needs of the Business Function.
- Facilitate governance forums to keep stakeholders informed of IT performance, project updates, and service outcomes.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field with a strong background in business optimization, project/program management, and strategic planning.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience driving optimization frameworks and strategies in property and corporate environments.
- Proven track record of scaling optimization programs and delivering tangible business outcomes within complex and dynamic settings.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute a business optimization agenda.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, focused on achieving results and driving performance through process improvement and change management.
- Experienced in fostering a culture of optimization and continuous improvement, leveraging design thinking and viability-led methodologies.
