**About your new role**
As a Better Rehab Learning and Professional Development Lead, your day could include:
- Develop Better Rehab clinicians using evidence-based principles of adult learning.
- Manage, consult, research, design, implement, report and evaluate evidence-based education and training initiatives
- Support, promote, coordinate and manage workforce development initiatives and education pathways for Better Rehab with a focus on growing organisational capability and capacity.
- Provide innovative leadership across the L&D process by guiding and enhancing professional competence, educational standards, and program delivery to enable learners to align with goals and strategic priorities.
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships across Better Rehab, ensuring key stakeholders are consulted and involved in the design and implementation of education and training initiatives
- Create, develop, and maintain strong relationships with external organisations and stakeholders that support the achievement of learning and development related organisational goals, such as training providers, universities, and governing agencies.
- Lead and guide Better Rehab staff in delivering a consistent and quality experience to participants
- Develop and implement effective training and development tools and resources
**About you**
- You are passionate about making a difference
- You possess a tertiary qualification in an Allied Health profession, OT / Speech / Physio or PBS AND relevant professional board registration
- Post graduate qualifications in adult learning (preferred)
- 5 years + post graduate experience in your chosen field
- In depth knowledge of L&D principles, program development and industry legislation.
- Experience in clinical supervision and leadership
- NDIS experience preferred
- You can provide evidence of relevant registrations, licences and proof of COVID vaccinations
