WISE Employment is seeking a motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Lead - Technical.
Your new role will see you take a lead within the L&D team, focusing on spearheading the technical aspects of learning initiatives within the organisation. This role requires a deep understanding of technical training methodologies, tools, and platforms to design and deliver effective learning experiences that enhance employee skills and competencies.
As the Learning and Development Lead (Technical), your role primarily revolves around the design and delivery of impactful training and understanding in all technical programs in WISE . By harnessing a profound understanding of technical intricacies, this role aims to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and proficiency enhancement among the L& D team and WISE team members, thereby contributing significantly to organisational growth and innovation.
This role involves understanding the different platform that WISE uses across its programs, assisting in developing training for these programs and assessing ways that the L&D team can grow the organisation's technical abilities. The role focuses on building the L&D and WISE team's technical abilities through the full cycle delivery of training from needs analysis, training plans, content creation, delivery, record management and evaluation.

- You have full Australian working rights

Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Employment Services.
- Exceptional facilitation and public speaking skills.
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles and leadership development practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
- High levels of professionalism and integrity.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and communication technologies (eg. Internet, Intranet, Email, WebEx/Lync).
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning author tools (eg. Articulate360)
- Proficiency in using digital and online learning platforms and content creation software.
- Ability to understand WISE best practice service delivery and train others on this.
- A sound knowledge of training methodologies.
- Ability to travel to all WISE offices nationally.
- Ability to coach staff with a range of skills, expertise and experience.
- Strong report writing and record keeping skills
- A sense of urgency, responsibility and accountability
