**The Opportunity**:
As part of their company's rapid growth in recent years, Hall Contracting are now looking to welcome an experienced
**Accounts Payable & Office Administrator **to assist in their
**Sippy Downs Head Office** This role will see you report to the Company Accountant and work closely with the Accounts Payable Lead.

**Key Duties**:

- Process accounts payable transactions.
- Monitor account ageing to ensure payments are on time and within terms.
- Follow up Queries and vendor issues as needed.
- Visa card & fuel card administration.
- General office admin: Stationery orders; freight; uniforms.
- General reception cover as needed.
- Other administrative and role related tasks delegated as required from time to time.

**About You**:

- Understanding of accounts payable principles.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Prior experience in Accounts payable for medium to large business.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment with a no-fuss ‘can do’ attitude.
- Able to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
