- 72.5 hour fortnight
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including 1-2 work from home days a week.

As our People and Capability Systems Lead you will drive the:

- Development and delivery of people metrics, including workforce planning, dashboards, reports, deep dive analyses and process design.
- Continuous improvement of our People and Capability systems and processes by leading key initiatives and projects; engaging with stakeholders; investigating system functionality and capability; and gathering technical and non-technical information to outline and execute detailed solutions.
- Preparation of accurate and valuable reports, analysis and visualisations to enable informed decision making.
- Collaboration with the broader team on people process and systems projects, including the design, change impact assessment, data preparation, and testing.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Experience in a similar HR Systems role, ideally utilising TechOne (but not essential).
- Significant experience in data analysis and presenting people data in a clear format to inform data driven decision making.
- MS Excel pro - with a love of pivot tables, v/h lookup functions, macros, advanced formulas and advanced charting functions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver fit for purpose projects that consider multiple key stakeholder requirements.
