**The Company**

Our client is a very well-established organization in the hospitality industry. Due to recent growth, they are in need of a part-time Accounts Payable / Office Support Officer to work approximately 24-30 hours per week, Tuesday - Friday. This is a wonderful position for a parent or someone who is seeking a part-time position that requires flexibility in their busy schedule.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to Accounting and Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Processing of weekly supplier invoices through MYOB Accountright Plus
- Collect and collate invoices and distribute to appropriate departments for approval
- Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements and following up of missed invoices and/or credits if applicable
- Recording and scheduling of various venue maintenance tasks
- Other ad hoc business support tasks as required
- Minimum 5 years Accounts Payable experience including reconciliations
- Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role preferably within a medium to large size business
- Proficiency in MYOB Accountright Plus or similar package
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with AP API software such as Lightyear, Receipt bank or Hubdoc would be advantageous
- Ability to handle high volumes of invoices with seasonal peaks
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
