We're looking for a smart, hard working student who has a keen interest in property law to join our Brisbane Real Estate team.

**Our Clerk Program**

Rather than a short-lived summer clerkship, our clerk program will see you working 3 days per week whilst you conclude your law degree. You will be able to immerse yourself in real legal work as a member of our real estate team and have the opportunity to build lasting professional relationships with lawyers and partners who are recognised as leading experts in their area of expertise.

Subject to performance, our clerks frequently move in to graduate positions with the firm and build their careers with us in the long term.

**About you**

You will be in your third year of your law degree, available to work 3 days per week, and have a passionate interest in property law. Ideally you will have had exposure to property or real estate law in a law firm environment, but this is not required. When needed, you'll be available to roll your sleeves up and do 5 days per week during semester breaks (but not always, we know you want to take a break sometimes too).

You will also:

- Be a team player with a collaborative approach.
- Have exceptional time management skills, the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Be highly proficient and experienced in performing critical analysis and solving problems.
- Have experienced in dealing with highly confidential information and you have the ability to operate with discretion where required.
- Be enthusiastic and personally motivated to perform continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Be highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Have some knowledge of Filesite/Work 10 and Expert Aderant experience is desirable, but not required.
